Our 5-Day Return Policy
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
It should include all tags and your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

โNote: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
Please check your package when it arrives. If itโs damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. Weโll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund โ whatever you prefer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Open Pack
- Beauty or personal care items

The fastest way is to return the item first. Once we approve the return, you can place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, weโll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved:
